Returns & Refunds

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]

If you are unhappy with your product, you have up to 30 days after receiving it to request a refund.

Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Process

  1. Send us a return request via email at [email protected] so that we can send you the return shipping label.
  2. Take your package to the post office with the new shipping label and send it to us.
  3. Once the product arrives, we will inspect it for damage, and if you are eligible you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Exceptions

* If the item arrives at our facility damaged or used, it will not be eligible for a refund.

** We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*** If your item was bought at a hydroponics store, please contact them directly to find out about their return/refund policy.

****BudTrainer reserves the right to decline return requests that appear to violate the spirit or intent of our return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, returns made in bad faith, repeat or excessive returns, and orders placed with the apparent intention of returning items based on shipping speed or convenience.


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
