Damaged Products at Arrival
If your package or your product arrives damaged, you have up to 30 days to let us know and be eligible for a full replacement or refund.
Eligibility
Your item must be in the same (damaged) condition that you received it, but unused. Items that break after use may be eligible for our warranty.
Process
- Send us an email at [email protected] with photos and a quick explanation of the damage.
- We will send you a shipping label right away so that you can send the item back to us for inspection.
- Once the item arrives back at our facility we will inspect the damage, and if you are eligible you will get a refund or a replacement product sent back right away.
Exceptions
* Damaged items must be unused. If the damage is from wear and tear, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement
** If your item was bought at a hydroponics store, please notify them directly about your damaged product and they will take care of you. If not, contact us.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
